Contest Rules:

The winning Local Service Provider shall be the company that produces the most
board ups in any single month of the contest period as a result of the 1-800-BoardUp
Sales Development Program. The winning company shall designate the employee that most contributed to the marketing success of their
1-800-BoardUp Sales Development Program. That employee will receive national recognition in ASCR Cleaning & Restoration
Magazine, a framed award certificate and an exciting Caribbean adventure.
All qualifying board ups must be called in through the 1-800-BoardUp telephone number. Contestants must submit a list of qualifying
calls monthly by e-mail by the fifteenth of the following month with the approximate time and date of each board up and customer name. Participants are requested to submit results every month regardless of number. All job specific information will be held in strict confidence

Submit list to MarMarWillians@1-800BoardUp.com. The employee from the company with the most board ups in any one month will win the trip! Contest ends September 30, 2004. Winner will be notified as soon as results are tallied.
In the event of a tie, a sudden death competition will occur. The first fire board up in the sudden death contest will win the prize. In the event of any unforeseen issues, 1-800-BoardUp reserves the right to select a bonafide winner. The selection by the officers of
1-800-BoardUp, Inc. is final.
 The winning companies results shall be posted and other results may be posted at the discretion of National Service Provider. Local Service Provider shall provide documentation to support claim if requested by National Service Provider. Any claims entered that are determined
to be inaccurate may cause contestant to be disqualified from contest.
Winner will be provided with 2 coach tickets from any major U.S. international airline hub and two cruise tickets. Trip requires
30 days advance booking through our designated travel agent. Ship departs Miami on Saturdays in October or November, 2004.
Blackout dates may apply. Cabin Category Q. Travel dates and cabin category may be changed by winner. Any gratuities, tips,
hotel, travel insurance, food (off cruise ship), auto, liquor, or land excursion packages chosen by winner and any additional
charges incurred due to changes by winner are the responsibility of winner.
All taxes and port charges are included in prize package. Employees of
1-800-BoardUp, Inc. and The Fire Works Restoration Company are not eligible.
